A non-refundable deposit is required to book every new appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment which is due the day of your appointment.
Should your appointment need to be cancelled or rescheduled, it must be 72 hours prior to the appointment day and you will be charged an additional $50 if it is to be scheduled a different day. If cancelling or rescheduling of the same appointment occurs more than once, it will be treated the same as a cancelled/missed appointment and will be subjected to cancellation fees or declining of all future appointment requests. You may schedule a new appointment but will need to place another deposit if not canceled 72 hours prior.
PLEASE contact us prior to your appointment time if you are going to be late. After 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered missed and your deposit will be forfeited. You will have to reschedule at EndlessInkCosmetics.com. Our artist takes multiple clients a day and needs the full amount of time for each appointment.
